Your Impact

• Standardize: Create procedure frameworks and documentation that lock in quality and reduce cost.
• Scale: Plan and deploy capital equipment with a focus on capability, throughput, and ROI.
• Engineer: Design and optimize processes and tooling for production and launches.
• Lead: Drive APQP using the Project Launch Guide and APS; deliver robust PPAPs on time.
• Control: Maintain accurate work instructions, routings, and cost standards.
• Quote: Develop new-part quotations and refresh existing customer quotes.
• Enable: Train operators on equipment operation, SPC, document use, and continuous improvement.
• Validate: Read complex drawings and apply GD&T correctly.
• Comply: Ensure adherence to QMS and EMS requirements.

Qualifications

• BS in Engineering or equivalent with 2+ years of relevant industry experience.
• Proven problem solver with lean/CI orientation.
• Skilled in technical documentation, cost estimation, and manufacturing systems.
• Strong communicator, effective across shop floor to executive levels.
• Hands-on with APQP, GD&T, SPC, PFMEA, PPAP, process engineering, and root cause analysis.

Work Conditions

• Flexible workload averaging ~50 hours/week.
• Office and plant environments; exposure to noise and oil.
• Lift up to 30 lbs; close and distance visual tasks required.
