As a Sales Coordinator, you will act as a direct extension of our Outside Sales Team, responsible for providing guidance and support at every step from Quoting to Delivery. You will be the common thread, helping to ensure the best experience possible to our customers.
Responsibilities Include:
- Act as point-of-contact and key part of planning process
- Ensure details are accurate and timelines are known to all involved
- Partner with suppliers to put together package proposals
- Identify additional customer needs and opportunities
- Manage the Order Process
- Convert quotes to orders
- Update pricing & communicates changes to all
- Review open orders in relation to policies and delivery expectations
- Constantly Communicate with customers and internal teams
- Price changes
- Timeline adjustments & current build phase status
- Inventory & back-order issues
- Work with Credit & CX to process New Account Requests
- Sourcing/Purchasing Process
- Partner with PF Purchasing team to anticipate inventory requirements
- Develop strong vendor relationships to guarantee all information on special orders is current
- Coordinate inventory transfers within our five locations
- Review open PO’s for accuracy for company cash flow purposes
- Sales and Delivery Process
- Manage & communicate delivery expectations between all parties
- Process sales transactions accurately
- Coordinate returns and process in compliance with returns policies
- Communicate status of returns with customer
- Process payments on account
- Provide answers to billing inquiries, escalating as necessary
- Give guidance regarding PF online portal, statement process and job accounts

- Communicate effectively across internal functions, vendors and customer teams
- Ensure consistency of processes, and be able to articulate those processes to others
- Keep an eye on details in a rapidly changing environment and always have the most up-to-date information
- Deliver the highest standards of customer service
- Develop skills and knowledge in product, industry, sales and leadership

Required qualifications include:
- Prior experience in either sales support or the construction industry strongly preferred
- Experience with POS or CRM systems & the ability to learn new systems easily
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 18 years of age
