Bank Teller Details:

• Temp-to-Hire position
• $15.00 to $20.00 / hour
• Full Time work available
• First Shift ( Monday through Friday )

• Monday-Thursday 8:00am-5:30pm (5:45pm)
• Friday 8:00am-6:00pm (6:15pm)
• Every MSR is scheduled for 40hrs during the week, but the day to day shift can change. Its not always just a set 8 hour day.
• Represents the Credit Union in a courteous and professional manner. • Receives deposits in person or by mail.
• Receives loan payments in person or by mail. Processes cash advances, travelers’ checks, cashiers’ checks, money orders, and similar transactions.
• Disburses cash or check withdrawals in person, by telephone, or by mail.
• Processes transfers.
• Processes assigned cash and transactions and balances at end of day.
• Verifies transactions.
• Monitors deposit amounts, and examines documents for endorsement and negotiability.
• Detects and resolves discrepancies promptly.
• Verifies transactions and member activity in accordance with Bank Secrecy Act (BSA) requirements.
• Detects and resolves discrepancies promptly.

• Monitors deposit amounts for possible CTR filings and examines documents for endorsement and negotiability.
• Balances daily transactions and verifies cash totals. Investigates and resolves out-of-balance conditions.
• Actively cross sells Credit Union products and services.

Bank Teller Qualifications:

• Entry-Level
• HS Diploma/GED Required.
• Comfortable working with the public.
• Experience handling cash.
