Marketing Sales & Service Field organization plays a critical role in shaping Ford & Lincolns future. As a Lincoln Sales Specialist you will leverage data analysis and trend identification to make recommendations that directly impact business decisions and enhance the customer experience. You will work closely with retailers ensuring optimal product allocation and maximizing customer lifetime value. We embrace an audience-first approach driving customer loyalty vehicle repurchase and increased sales across vehicles parts accessories and services. Youll be the voice of Ford & Lincoln in the field connecting directly with dealers.

Youll have...
Bachelors degree in business (Marketing Management Economics Finance Communications or related field)
0-3 years of relevant professional experience
Travel Commitment: (up to 4 days/week up to a four-hour drive radius 100 miles potential overnight stays) (i.e. Tues-Fri and air travel as needed)
Valid Drivers License: Must possess a valid and unrestricted drivers license
Relocation: Must be willing and able to relocate both now and in the future
