Position Overview

The Mobile Service Technician will be responsible for traveling to customer sites to diagnose, repair, and maintain equipment efficiently and professionally. This role requires technical expertise, self-motivation, and a customer-first attitude. Candidates should be comfortable working independently in the field and interacting directly with clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform on-site diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs for customer equipment
• Accurately document work performed and complete service reports
• Communicate service findings and recommendations to customers clearly and professionally
• Maintain tools, equipment, and company-provided vehicle
• Ensure compliance with all safety standards and company procedures
• Represent the company with professionalism and integrity at all times

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical training or certifications preferred
• 2+ years of hands-on experience in mobile service, repair, or a similar field (automotive, HVAC, mechanical, or electrical)
• Strong troubleshooting and mechanical skills
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Excellent communication and time-management skills
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work outdoors in various conditions
