Master's degree in Occupational Therapy, active Occupational Therapist license and 1+ year of Occupational Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Key Skills & Experience We’d Love to See:

• Valid OT license to practice in Michigan
• Previous experience in a school-based or pediatric setting preferred
• Strong background in fine and gross motor interventions
• Proficiency in teletherapy delivery and related technology
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to adapt strategies to meet the unique needs of each student
• Commitment to building positive relationships with staff and families

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Deliver occupational therapy services for students, both in person and remotely
• Implement evidence-based interventions to develop motor functions, self-care, and classroom participation
• Assess students’ motor skills and collaborate to create individualized therapy plans
• Consult with teachers and staff on accommodations and strategies
• Track student progress and maintain accurate documentation
• Communicate regularly with parents and caregivers
• Contribute to IEP meetings and student planning as needed
