Regional Dry Van Company Driver W2 - Jackson, MI
Are you a CDL-A driver looking for an OTR position that offers weekly home time and requires minimal physical effort? American Trucking Group provides dry van routes across the Midwest and Mid-Atlantic, featuring excellent equipment and competitive pay. Experience the freedom of over-the-road driving while keeping a consistent schedule that allows you to return home weekly.
Home Time:
- Home each week for a 34-hour reset.
- Our OTR routes are designed to provide steady miles while ensuring you have quality time with family and personal commitments.
Equipment:
- Drive late-model International Pro Stars, Freightliner Cascadias, and Kenworth trucks outfitted with 1,500-watt inverters and Opti-Idle systems for comfort.
- You are allowed to take your assigned truck and trailer home as long as safe parking is available.
No Touch Freight:
- Work primarily with dry van freight, boasting 95% no-touch and 85% drop and hook operations.
- Engage in minimal physical labor, allowing you to focus on driving and maximizing your efficiency.
Pay and Miles:
- Average earnings typically range from $1,200 to $1,600 per week based on mileage and performance.
- Additional compensation includes detention pay based on customer policy, layover pay at $12 per hour after the first hour, and an annual safety bonus of $0.01 per mile for accident-free performance.
Running Area:
- Routes cover Ohio, Pennsylvania, Virginia, Tennessee, Kentucky, Indiana, Iowa, Michigan, and Illinois.
- All tolls are covered through EZ Pass and toll cards.

Requirements
