As a Systems and Process Improvement Administrator you'll have highly visible role as the key representative from the Global Sourcing team for business processes and technical solutions encompassing Global Sourcing Systems. You'll be driven to deliver best-in-class technology solutions assisting global, regional, and sales specific requirements.

Using your natural attention to detail and knowledge of Global Sourcing Systems and technical design, you will support DXL's mission by:

• Exploring, documenting, and recommending end-to-end business processes and technical solutions that effectively assist in achieving company strategies
• Developing strong partnerships with functional department heads to bridge the gap between business requirements and technology solutions
• Ensuring the day-to-day operation of all systems supporting the Global Sourcing organization such as PLM, SCM, Vendor Profiles and Track + Traceability are operating at peak performance
• Facilitating monthly training sessions on all systems for all DXL team members and outside vendors

We're looking for someone:

• With a Bachelor's Degree preferred, or equivalent combination of education, training and experience
• 5+ years' end to end experience in the apparel industry
• That has MS office experience (Word and Excel) as well as strong knowledge of information systems such as Product Life Management (P.L.M.) and MicroStrategy
