Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) Certification and minimum 2+ years CVOR Tech experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

A skilled Cardiovascular Operating Room (CVOR) Technician is needed to support a busy surgical team in Bay City, MI. This contract role offers the opportunity to apply specialized nursing skills in a fast-paced environment, assisting throughout cardiovascular procedures with precision and expertise.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and maintain the CVOR environment, ensuring all surgical instruments and equipment are sterilized and ready for use
• Assist surgeons and medical staff during cardiovascular surgeries by anticipating needs and providing technical support
• Monitor and operate specialized cardiovascular technology and equipment during procedures
• Maintain strict adherence to infection control and safety protocols
• Document procedures and assist with post-operative care as needed

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Current nursing credentials with specialized training or experience as a CVOR Technician
• Proven ability to work efficiently in high-pressure surgical settings
