Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Recruiter to support full-cycle recruiting for manufacturing and engineering positions within an aerospace environment.
This role will focus on sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding top talent while partnering closely with hiring managers to meet staffing needs and build strong talent pipelines.
Key Responsibilities
- Source and recruit candidates using:
- Job boards
- Internal databases
- Social media platforms
- Employee referrals
- Review resumes and job applications
- Conduct phone screenings and candidate interviews
- Evaluate candidate qualifications, technical skills, experience, and culture fit
- Coordinate interview scheduling and hiring workflows
- Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and future hiring plans
- Build and maintain candidate pipelines for hard-to-fill roles
- Manage candidate communication throughout hiring process
- Support onboarding activities and hiring documentation
- Promote employer brand and positive candidate experience
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Experience in full-cycle recruiting
- Manufacturing and/or Engineering recruiting experience required
Preferred Experience
- Aerospace recruiting experience preferred
- Experience recruiting for technical, industrial, or engineering roles
Required Skills
- Strong sourcing and recruiting techniques
- Experience conducting multiple interview formats
- Resume screening and candidate evaluation
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong decision-making and organizational abilities
