The Construction Project Supervisor will oversee large teams of 16 or more members, ensuring efficient project planning and site supervision across various construction sectors including commercial, residential, and industrial projects. This role requires a proactive leader who can coordinate diverse activities to meet project goals and maintain high safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate construction project schedules and resources
• Supervise site activities to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
• Manage and lead large teams to achieve project milestones and deadlines
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders including clients, contractors, and suppliers
• Monitor progress of commercial, residential, and industrial construction projects
• Resolve site issues promptly to minimize delays
