Operations Support Specialist
We are seeking a reliable and organized Operations Support Specialist to assist with daily warehouse operations.
This is a hands-on role that combines general warehouse duties with administrative support to help our team run smoothly and efficiently.
No prior experience is required — we provide paid training and on-the-job support for motivated candidates.
Pay amp; Schedule:
Competitive hourly pay
Weekly pay via direct deposit
Full-time and part-time opportunities
Morning, daytime, evening, and weekend shifts available
Overtime available
Stable and predictable scheduling
Key Responsibilities:
Support daily warehouse operations, including picking, packing, and staging
Assist with inventory counts and tracking
Use handheld scanners and warehouse systems to update records
Help manage shipping and receiving activities
Maintain organized and clean work areas
Assist with basic administrative tasks such as data entry and reporting
Communicate with team members to ensure efficient workflow
Follow all safety procedures and company policies

Basic computer and data entry skills

Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus (not required)
