Salary Range: $48,000 - $80,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Perform routine preventative and corrective maintenance on manufacturing equipment.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
• Repair and replace worn or defective parts, components, and machinery.
• Conduct equipment inspections to identify potential failures and recommend solutions.
• Install, commission, and relocate new or existing production machinery.
• Maintain accurate maintenance logs and documentation for all work performed.
• Adhere to all safety standards and company policies during maintenance operations.

Recommended Qualifications

• Minimum 3-5 years of industrial maintenance or mechanic experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency in diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining industrial machinery, including hydraulics, pneumatics, and power transmission systems.
• Ability to read and interpret mechanical blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals.
• Technical degree or certification in Industrial Maintenance, Mechatronics, or a related field.
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills to identify and resolve equipment failures efficiently.

Bonus Qualifications

• PLC troubleshooting experience
• Welding and fabrication skills
• Experience with CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems)
• Exposure to industrial robotics or automation systems
