Job Title: Site Safety Coordinator

Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated Site Safety Coordinator to maintain an active presence on industrial construction sites, ensuring strict adherence to safety protocols. The ideal candidate will conduct daily safety audits with detailed reporting, collaborate with subcontractors, clients, and vendors, and work closely with project managers to align with project schedules and milestones.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct daily safety audits and prepare detailed reports with photographs.

• Coordinate with subcontractors, clients, and vendors to ensure safety compliance.

• Partner with project managers to understand project schedules and timelines.

• Ensure compliance with OSHA standards and safety regulations.

• Manage and document quality assurance and control processes.

• Oversee site construction and ensure alignment with site plans and project schedules.

Essential Skills:

• Proficiency in construction management and safety audit processes.

• Knowledge of OSHA regulations and safety standards.

• Experience in conducting industrial safety audits and documentation.

• Familiarity with site management and project coordination.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and construction management software.

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Business Administration, or related field preferred.

• OSHA 10 certification required.

• Experience performing QA/QC on large industrial projects or construction sites.

• Strong skills in detailed report writing.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of Saline, MI.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $32.00/hr.
