RN Weekend Manager (Every Other Weekend) – Skilled Nursing Facility

Location: Dearborn, MI

Schedule: Part-Time | Every Other Weekend (EOW), 9am-5pm

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) Weekend Manager to oversee clinical operations and staff every other weekend . This leadership role is critical to maintaining high-quality care and ensuring compliance with facility protocols and state regulations during weekend hours.

Responsibilities:

• Provide clinical supervision and support to LPNs, CNAs, and other nursing staff

• Oversee resident care, including assessments, admissions, and discharges

• Respond to emergencies and manage clinical issues as they arise

• Ensure accurate documentation and compliance with care standards

• Communicate effectively with staff, residents, families, and on-call leadership

• Serve as the on-site clinical leader during scheduled weekends

Qualifications:

• Current RN license in Michigan

• 2+ years of nursing experience , preferably in a skilled nursing or long-term care setting

• Prior leadership or supervisory experience strongly preferred

• Strong clinical judgment, time management, and communication skills

• Ability to lead and support a multidisciplinary care team
