What You’ll Do

As a Line Cook , you are responsible for preparing food safely, accurately, and efficiently while supporting the entire restaurant team.

Key responsibilities include:

• Preparing sandwiches, spuds, salads, and menu items to McAlister’s standards
• Maintaining speed, accuracy, and consistency during busy service periods
• Keeping a clean, organized, and food-safe kitchen
• Following prep recipes and portion standards
• Communicating with teammates to ensure orders are completed quickly and correctly
• Supporting the team during peak periods and helping maintain kitchen flow
• Taking pride in delivering food that guests will love
