Program Coordinator Administrative

Under general direction, coordinates placement, onboarding, education, and management activities for traveler-agency staff as well as other personnel within the Division of Corewell Health. Functions within the framework of the policies and procedures of the health care system and demonstrates partnership, collaboration, and accountability. This role is critical to the success of the program, managing several activities at a time. Responsible for coordinating and relationship building with managers and clinical departments across the health system for agency staff and nursing education related to programmatic activities.
Essential Functions
Function as a subject matter expert for contract request process and placements in partnership with department management.
Demonstrates initiative, resourcefulness, strong organizational and problem-solving skills in identifying and leveraging all available system resources to assist with management of programs.
Performs documentation, onboarding, systems access and badging completeness, directs education and self-assessment requirements for agency professionals; full end to end life cycle management of onboarding and removal of agency personnel and contracts as well as other program activities and responsibilities.
Coordinates with vendor to ensure agency professionals meet requirements, competency and credentialing standards.
Develops strong relationships and partnerships with leadership and managers to Ensure agency professionals who are matched to departments meet the requirements and goals of each unit.
Creates and maintains files, records, reports, and other documentation related to requirements and assists with any site level inspections, as necessary.
Solicits and monitors completeness of annual programs, reports and processes. Relies on experience and judgement to plan and accomplish goals.
Manage and approve payroll and vendor invoices; analyze and track data trends related to agency staff utilization and spend to evaluate effectiveness.
Function as a subject matter expert and liaison for systems, facilitates application training classes for managers and end users.
Qualifications
Associate's Degree or equivalency Required
Bachelor's Degree Preferred
1+ year of professional experience in the areas of program management or coordination, staffing or scheduling, or related experiences Required
