Your Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Part-Time Finance Associate with a focus on Accounts Receivable . This individual will play a key role in managing invoicing, tracking customer payments, and supporting the Finance team to ensure accurate and timely cash flow. Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Prepare and send customer invoices accurately and on time
• Monitor outstanding accounts and follow up on overdue payments
• Reconcile customer accounts and resolve billing discrepancies
• Maintain detailed records of all receivables transactions
• Support monthly and quarterly closing activities
• Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Operations) to ensure accurate billing data
• Assist with process improvements to streamline the accounts receivable workflow

Preferred Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in Accounts Receivable, Accounting, or Finance (preferred)
• Proficiency with accounting software (QuickBooks, NetSuite, or similar) and Excel
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• Bachelor’s degree or coursework in Accounting, Finance, or related field (preferred but not required)
