JOB TITLE

Office Assistant - Office of Risk Management and Insurance

Job Purpose

To provide administrative and clerical support for the UW Office of Risk Management and Insurance.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

Fast and accurate data entry, answering and routing phone calls, greeting visitors, and assisting with special projects.

Supplemental Functions

Other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications

Education:Â High School Diploma or GED. Law students/business majors preferred but not required.

• Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Experience with data entry
