Salary Range: $82,000 - $127,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity
We are partnering with organizations in Coopersville that are seeking HR Managers. Key Responsibilities
- Oversee full-cycle recruitment and onboarding for production, technical, and administrative roles.
- Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievance procedures.
- Develop and implement HR policies, ensuring compliance with labor laws and manufacturing-specific regulations (e.g., OSHA).
- Lead workforce planning, talent development, and succession planning initiatives within the factory.
- Administer compensation, benefits, and performance management programs for all plant employees.
- Champion workplace safety programs and ensure a safe and healthy work environment for all personnel.
- Provide HR support and guidance to department managers on HR-related issues and best practices.
Recommended Qualifications
- Comprehensive knowledge of HR principles, practices, and employment law, including OSHA and EEO regulations.
- Proven experience managing HR functions within a manufacturing or industrial environment.
- Strong background in employee relations, conflict resolution, and grievance procedures.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and implement talent acquisition and retention strategies for production and skilled roles.
- Experience partnering with plant leadership on workforce planning, safety initiatives, and operational goals.
Bonus Qualifications
- Experience with union relations or collective bargaining.
- Familiarity with Lean manufacturing principles or Six Sigma methodologies.
- Demonstrated experience in promoting and managing workplace safety programs.
- Multi-site HR management experience within a manufacturing environment.
- Bilingual proficiency (e.g., Spanish).
