Salary Range: $75,000 - $109,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Optimize existing manufacturing processes for efficiency, quality, and cost reduction.
• Design, develop, and scale new manufacturing processes and equipment layouts.
• Troubleshoot process deviations, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions.
• Develop and maintain process documentation, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and work instructions.
• Analyze process data to identify trends, improve yields, and reduce waste.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on new product introductions and process transfers.
• Ensure all processes comply with safety, environmental, and quality standards.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering.
• 2-5 years of experience in process optimization and troubleshooting within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong understanding of process control systems, P&IDs, and statistical process control (SPC).
• Proven ability to apply Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma methodologies for continuous improvement.
• Experience with root cause analysis and implementation of corrective actions.

Bonus Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification
• Proficiency with statistical analysis or process simulation software (e.g., Minitab, JMP, Arena)
• Experience with automation, robotics, or PLC systems
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
• Familiarity with data visualization platforms (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
