Job Summary: Eagle Ridge Golf Club is seeking enthusiastic and motivated food and beverage Servers to join our team. The ideal candidates will provide exceptional service to our guests, ensuring a memorable dining experience in a beautiful and scenic environment. Key Tasks & Responsibilities:

• Greet and seat guests in a friendly and timely manner.
• Present menus and provide detailed information about food and beverage options.
• Take accurate orders and ensure timely delivery of food and beverages.
• Handle guest inquiries and complaints with professionalism.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas and service stations.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service and quality control.
• Process payments and manage cash and credit transactions.
• Assist with the setup and breakdown of dining areas for events and special occasions.
• Adhere to all health and safety regulations, ensuring a safe and pleasant environment for guests and staff.
• Other duties as assigned by Management.

Qualifications:

• Must be 18 years of age to serve alcohol.
• Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of food and beverage service principles.
• Must be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Food Handler’s Certification is a plus.
