Salary Range: $52,000 - $81,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Qualify and develop new sales leads within the manufacturing sector.
• Manage and grow relationships with existing customer accounts to maximize sales opportunities.
• Prepare and present product quotes, proposals, and process sales orders accurately.
• Provide product information, technical specifications, and support to customers.
• Collaborate with production, engineering, and outside sales teams to ensure customer satisfaction.

Recommended Qualifications

• Experience in inside sales or B2B sales, preferably within the manufacturing or industrial sector.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional and persuasive phone presence.
• Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and standard office applications.
• Ability to quickly learn and effectively communicate technical product information and applications.
• Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to revenue growth.

Bonus Qualifications

• Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite) or manufacturing-specific software.
• Demonstrated technical aptitude or ability to quickly grasp complex product specifications.
• Experience selling within a specific manufacturing sector (e.g., industrial components, MRO, automation).
• Proficiency in a second language relevant to target markets (e.g., Spanish, German, Mandarin).
• Prior experience with CRM customization or advanced reporting features.
