National Fiber Construction in Whitmore Lake, MI is looking for 3 Laborers to join our team. We are located at 6785 Whitmore Lake Rd. 48189. We’re looking for ambitious & talented individuals looking to showcase their skills and grow with our company! Candidates who obtain a commercial driver’s license will receive higher wages than those without.

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday with opportunities for overtime

Responsibilities:

• Learn construction skills on-site
• Use hand tools.
• handle copper, coax & fiber cables
• Assist with loading of various materials onto trucks and/or trailers
• Operate vehicle, following all safety and traffic regulations
• Keep work areas clean and organized
• Any and all other duties assigned by supervisor/foreman
• Must be able to perform heavy physical work and perform duties in a safe and efficient manner.
• Must be able to lift, reach, dig and carry heavy objects with frequent lifting up to 50 pounds and infrequent lifting of up to 100 pounds (assistance provided).

Qualifications:

• Entry level opportunity
• A minimum of a high school degree or equivalent
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Clean driving record (commercial driver’s license preferred, but not required)
• All applicants must follow safety guidelines and wear personal protective equipment at all times.
• Flexibility to work in multiple locations with multiple crews

Experience:

• Relevant: 1 year (Preferred)
• Construction: 1 year (Preferred)
