Salary Range: $115,000 - $164,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of manufacturing engineers and technical staff.
• Plan, execute, and monitor engineering projects to optimize production processes and introduce new products.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance manufacturing efficiency, reduce costs, and improve product quality.
• Ensure strict adherence to safety regulations, quality standards, and environmental compliance within engineering activities.
• Manage the engineering department's budget, resources, and capital expenditure for equipment and infrastructure.
• Evaluate, recommend, and implement new technologies and automation solutions to increase operational capacity and reliability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (production, maintenance, quality) to resolve technical challenges and optimize plant performance.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in an engineering discipline (e.g., Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, Manufacturing Engineering).
• Proven experience leading and managing engineering teams, including project management and performance development.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, lean methodologies, and quality systems (e.g., Six Sigma).
• Demonstrated ability to drive continuous improvement initiatives and resolve complex technical and operational challenges.
• Experience collaborating with production, supply chain, and R&D teams to optimize manufacturing operations.

Bonus Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification
• Experience implementing Industry 4.0 technologies (e.g., IoT, advanced robotics, predictive maintenance)
• Demonstrated experience in CapEx budgeting and ROI analysis for manufacturing projects
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
