Technical Program Coordination Analyst

· Provide program leadership for technical recognition and professional development projects, ensuring all technical engagements align with broader client skill teams such as Tech Strategy and Product Development.

· Generate data-driven insights by maintaining and analyzing program data to report metrics and drive continuous process improvements across all technical engagements.

· Utilize custom dashboards and data visualization tools to drive strategy synthesis and provide leadership with real-time visibility into program health.

· Facilitate stakeholder management by establishing and maintaining relationships with internal teams, committee members, and global technical specialists to ensure alignment on key milestones.

· Proactively identify and execute initiatives to optimize operational efficiency and enhance the delivery of technical programs.

· Manage technical recognition and award programs, evaluating submissions to showcase high-impact projects to leadership.

· Create custom dashboards (PowerBI, QlikSense, Jira) to track KPIs, program milestones, and technical engagement updates.

· Present data-driven insights and new operational tools to leadership teams to secure project alignment and buy-in.

· Direct technical summits and learning series, managing budget estimation, expense tracking, and financial procurement.

· Coordinate logistics for high-profile engagements, collaborating with venues, AV teams, and speakers for seamless delivery.

· Partner with client Technology Communications to execute global communication plans, maximizing program reach and visibility. Align programs with other skill teams to support corporate objectives and strategic synthesis. Identify and implement new processes and tools to optimize program delivery and community-wide operational efficiency.

· Maintain global technical specialist databases to streamline communications, updates, and event registrations.

· Analyze post-engagement feedback and performance data to generate executive summaries and drive continuous improvements.

· Design SharePoint pages and web content to provide the technical community with up-to-date program resources.

· Utilize Microsoft Forms, Power Automate, and Power Apps to streamline registration, surveys, and automated communications.

· Produce high-quality executive presentations, applying graphic design skills to convey the strategic impact of programs.

Skills Required:

1. Project Management – The ability to manage complex, end-to-end project lifecycles for high-profile programs, including defining timelines, tracking milestones, managing budgets, and mitigating risks. • Example: Creating and maintaining a master project plan in MS Project or a similar application to track the milestones of a global technical awards program (from the initial call-for-nominations to the final selection), ensuring all committee reviews are completed on schedule and within budget.

2. Operations Management – The ability to establish, monitor, and optimize day-to-day operational workflows, databases, and processes to ensure maximum efficiency and data accuracy. • Example: Managing the intake database for award submissions, verifying eligibility criteria, and utilizing automated workflows to route entries to the correct technical reviewers, while reporting real-time program health metrics to leadership.

3. Organizational Leadership – Strong stakeholder management and communication skills to align diverse global teams, committee members, and senior leadership around strategic goals. • Example: Leading alignment meetings with global technical committee members and senior directors to build consensus on program changes, presenting strategic updates, and driving cross-functional collaboration across different skill teams (e.g., Product Development, Tech Strategy).

4. Technical Support – Hands-on proficiency in building and troubleshooting digital tools, workflows, and automated systems to support program operations. • Example: Building a custom Power Automate flow that automatically sends confirmation emails and calendar invites to registrants of a technical seminar upon submission of a Microsoft Form, or building a Power BI dashboard to track event attendance KPIs.

5. SharePoint - Advanced capability to design, structure, and maintain internal SharePoint sites as centralized hubs for communication, resources, and secure document storage. • Example: Redesigning the home page of a technical seminar series SharePoint site to improve user navigation, ensuring all past presentation slides and video recordings are easily searchable, and managing permissions for secure document access.

Skills Preferred:

· Web Design & Development, Logistics, Graphic Design

Experience Required:

· Four or more years of professional experience in project management, business operations, or program management.

· Strong written and verbal communication skills with a proven track record of success working with all levels of management.

· Excellent organizational skills with a high degree of independence and a proactive approach to handling multiple high-profile assignments concurrently.

· Advanced technical proficiency in SharePoint development, Microsoft Forms, Power Automate, Power Apps, and data visualization tools (PowerBI or QlikSense) for workflow automation.

· A strong analytical mindset with focused attention to deadlines, budgetary guidelines, and data accuracy.

Experience Preferred:

· Experience in developing web technologies or internal platforms for maximum usability and process efficiency.

· Specific experience in logistics and the coordination of large-scale corporate technical engagements or summits.

· Proficiency in graphic design specifically for the creation of high-impact, executive-level presentations.

Education Required:

· Bachelor's Degree

Education Preferred:

· Master's Degree
