Entry Level Field Sales Role
- Total target compensation (base pay plus targeted commission):
- $76,000 annually (Base pay + targeted commission)
- Ability to exceed commission plan creating HUGE compensation opportunity
- Mileage stipend

- Clear understanding of our products, promoting and selling offerings to prospective customers in new communities and rural territory areas (we will train you on all of the products)
- Outgoing personality with the ability to effectively communicate and develops rapport with customers and key stakeholders
- Evaluates individual customers' potential product needs and makes recommendations
- Presents Comcast products and pricing models as well as competitive advantages over other service providers
- Work with the Comcast to implement new marketing/selling tactics in new areas to build awareness
- Strategizes and executes assigned plan without assistance, operates independently
- Displays competent time management and organizational skills
- Meets and exceeds sales goals as established by local market
- Implements effective sales closing techniques to ensure product installation goal is achieved
- Build strong relationships with real estate, construction/builder sales agents, and other sales agents on new customer lead generation programs and prospecting
- High School Degree or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years related customer service experience
- Direct Sales experience preferred- but not required
- Ability to pass driving record background check (i.e. moving violations, accidents, license suspension, etc.).
- Possesses effective communication, organizational and people skills, as well as strong customer service skills.
- Illustrates strong technical capability (computer knowledge, billing systems, sales tracking databases).
- Must meet the physical requirements of the job including, but not limited to, the ability to walk and/or travel door-to-door for considerable distances in all types of weather conditions.
- Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.
- Regular, consistent, and punctual attendance.
- Could have to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) and overtime as necessary.
