We are currently seeking a Maintenance Technician to join our team! You will be responsible for completing work orders and other required tasks.

What You’ll Do:

• Perform residential remodeling and repair work (drywall, trim, flooring, light carpentry, etc.)
• Assist with plumbing-related jobs when needed (training provided if necessary)
• Complete jobs efficiently while maintaining high-quality workmanship
• Communicate clearly with customers and team members
• Keep job sites clean and professional

✅ What We’re Looking For:

• Experience in home remodeling, maintenance, or handyman work
• Basic plumbing knowledge is a plus (or willingness to learn)
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Dependable, positive attitude, and team-oriented mindset
