Job Overview :
We are seeking a skilled CNC Lathe Operator with experience using Mazak Quick Turn 200 or 250 machines to join our team in Clinton Township. This position involves operating, setting up, and maintaining CNC lathe machines to produce high-precision parts while ensuring adherence to safety, quality, and production standards.

Key Responsibilities :

• Set up and operate Mazak Quick Turn 200 or 250 CNC lathes to produce parts according to technical drawings and specifications.
• Perform machine tool adjustments to maintain accurate and consistent product quality.
• Inspect completed parts to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications.
• Adjust machine settings, tool offsets, and perform part changes as required.
• Troubleshoot and resolve machine issues to minimize downtime.
• Monitor production schedules and make adjustments to meet deadlines.
• Follow all safety guidelines and maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Work closely with team members to maintain workflow and meet production goals.

Requirements :

• Proven experience operating Mazak Quick Turn 200 or 250 CNC lathes .
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.
• Strong understanding of machining processes, tooling, and equipment.
• Experience with CNC programming and tool offsets.
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot machine issues.

Shift :

• 4:30 PM - 1:00 AM

Pay :

1. $27 - $33 per hour + Overtime
