Project Lead/Coordinator (IT Assets)

About The Care Team:
The Care Team is looking for a Project Lead/Coordinator who is organized, proactive, and passionate about solving problems to support our team in providing exceptional hospice care.

Position Summary:
The Project Lead/Coordinator will oversee technology asset management, create SOPs and processes to track inventory, maintain accurate records, and audit invoices on a routine basis to ensure assets and billing are appropriately managed on a go-forward basis. This role requires excellent organizational skills, customer service, and the ability to manage projects from start to finish. The ideal candidate is process-minded, detail-oriented, and organized.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and track IT assets, including tablets, laptops, phones, and other devices.
• Develop, implement, and determine the best way to maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and processes to improve efficiency and consistency.
• Maintain accurate records of all assets deployed, inventory, repairs, and replacements.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma, associate's degree, and/or bachelor’s degree in business, IT, or a related field preferred.
• Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
• Project management experience is a plus.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
