Manager of operations

• Ensures that urgent care centers consistently provide high-quality, compassionate care to every patient.
• Partners with regional leadership, including Practice Managers, Clinical Team Leads, and Providers, to oversee programs, train staff, and uphold patient service standards.
• Oversees regional teammates alongside Practice Managers, managing hiring, employee relations, performance assessments, professional development, mentoring, and disciplinary actions.
• Achieves financial objectives by managing revenue, labor, and supply expenses.
• Fosters a team that embodies and communicates the organization's Mission, Vision, and Values.
• Enhances team member satisfaction and retention through effective communication, recognition, teamwork, and robust employee relations practices.

• Bachelor's degree, minimum of 3 years multi-site management experience (preferably in urgent care or physician practice operations)
• P&L responsibility for a minimum of 3 locations, or equivalent combination of education and experience
