Salary Range: $112,000 - $161,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of manufacturing engineers and technicians.
• Oversee engineering projects from concept to implementation, ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize production processes, efficiency, and product quality.
• Provide technical guidance and problem-solving expertise for complex manufacturing challenges.
• Collaborate with production, quality, and R&D teams to integrate new products and technologies into manufacturing.
• Develop and manage the engineering department budget and resource allocation.
• Ensure all manufacturing processes and equipment comply with safety standards and regulatory requirements.

Recommended Qualifications

• Proven expertise in manufacturing engineering principles, processes, and equipment.
• Demonstrated experience leading, mentoring, and developing engineering teams in a production environment.
• Strong background in Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies.
• Extensive experience managing complex engineering projects from conception to completion.
• Ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., production, quality, R&D).
• Track record of successfully identifying and resolving complex technical and operational challenges.

Bonus Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma Green or Black Belt certification
• Experience with advanced manufacturing technologies (e.g., automation, robotics, Industry 4.0)
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
• Proficiency with ERP and/or PLM systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Siemens Teamcenter)
