Equipment Operator Snow Removal Team

Outdoor Logistics in Caledonia, MI is looking for one equipment operator snow removal team to join our 15-person strong team. We are located on 8757 Hanna Lake Se. Our ideal candidate is attentive, ambitious, and reliable. We are currently hiring 2 persons for this position.

Responsibilities

• Operate tractor/loader to remove snow in residential and commercial accounts.
• Must have good attention to detail and be able to operate equipment with precision.
• Responsible for one commercial lot near Knapp's corner, should be a 3 to 5 hour push depending on snow conditions.
• This position is winter season only, using skid steer and box blade.
• Compensation listed is a range, will adjust for experience and performance.

Qualifications

• 1 year minimum of equipment operation, preferred snow removal or excavation experience.
• 18 years or older
• Valid Driver License

What to expect

• On average we push snow 20 times a season. Season takes place November 1 to March 31.
• Snow Captain will alert team via text to deploy services. Services typically take place overnight into the morning.
• You will travel to your assigned route; equipment will be on site. Complete your assigned snow removal route.
• Clock in and out using app on your smart phone.
• Report any equipment needs and client concerns via text.
• Pay is hourly and based on experience and client satisfaction.
• Direct deposit every two weeks.
• Time and a half if you work a holiday.
