Customer Service Representative – Call Center

Location: Plymouth, MI - On Site

Schedule: *PLEASE READ* Call Center is 24hrs, Candidates must be open on their schedule from 5AM-10PM daily. Shift bid is based on performance.

About the Role

Join a dynamic team where you’ll make a real impact by helping customers with their questions and concerns. As a Customer Service Representative , you’ll be the friendly voice on the other end of the line, providing clear answers and exceptional service.

What You’ll Do

• Handle inbound calls and occasional follow-up calls in a fast-paced call center environment.
• Answer questions about prior authorizations , general inquiries, and confidential information.
• Accurately enter and update information across multiple systems.
• Deliver top-notch customer service with attention to detail.
• Manage 50–100 calls per day , depending on complexity.
• Use various programs to track and document customer interactions.

What We’re Looking For

• 1+ year of recent high-volume call center experience (within the last 2–3 years).
• Strong customer service skills and ability to multitask.
• Typing speed of at least 30 WPM .
• Solid computer knowledge and comfort navigating multiple systems.
• Consistent work history (no frequent job changes).

Preferred Skills

• Call center experience
• Data entry accuracy
• Computer proficiency

Assessments

• Typing Test: Minimum 30 WPM
• Call Center Skills: 75% minimum score

This is a Contract position based out of Plymouth, MI.

The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $21.00/hr.
