What You'll Do

• Partner with the Executive Chef to lead daily kitchen operations, maintaining the standards of food quality and consistency that define the guest experience
• Coach, mentor, and develop kitchen team members — setting clear expectations and creating a collaborative, high-performance culture
• Manage inventory and food ordering processes to keep the kitchen stocked, organized, and operating efficiently with minimal waste
• Enforce food safety and sanitation standards across all stations, ensuring full compliance with health regulations at all times
• Plan and execute catering events and banquet services with precision — from prep through plating
• Contribute to ongoing menu development and seasonal planning, bringing creativity and culinary expertise to every conversation
• Oversee shift operations including scheduling, performance monitoring, and in-the-moment problem-solving to keep service flowing smoothly

What You Bring

• Solid experience in a supervisory or leadership role within a fine dining or high-volume restaurant environment
• A strong culinary foundation with deep knowledge of food production, kitchen management, and quality control
• Hands-on experience with banquet service, catering, and event coordination
• Working knowledge of food safety standards, inventory management, and dietary requirements
• The ability to lead with confidence and communicate clearly in a fast-paced kitchen
• Familiarity with kitchen management systems and inventory tools is a plus
• A genuine passion for hospitality and the desire to contribute to something exceptional
