Role: Oracle Fusion HCM Consultant
Location: Canada (Remote)

Pay Rate: $55/hr $80/hr

Responsibilities:
- Assist in configuring and supporting Oracle Fusion HCM modules (Core HR, Payroll, Absence Management, Benefits, Talent Management).
- Support HR teams with day-to-day activities including employee data management, reporting, and compliance tasks.
- Work under the guidance of senior consultants to troubleshoot system issues and test system configurations.
- Participate in user acceptance testing (UAT) and document results.
- Assist with data migration, employee records validation, and HR reporting.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into HCM system solutions.
- Maintain documentation of configurations, business processes, and training materials.
