Lead Plex Analyst
We are seeking a Lead Plex Analyst to join our global IT organization. This role requires expert-level knowledge of Rockwell Plex ERP and serves as a senior technical and functional leader across the enterprise.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Plex ERP implementations, enhancements, and system integrations
Plan and execute ERP-related projects and initiatives
Partner with cross-functional teams including Finance, Supply Chain, Operations, HR, and Cybersecurity
Serve as the primary liaison between IT and business stakeholders
Align Plex ERP capabilities with business strategy and operational goals
Lead global design, rollout, and continuous improvement of Plex ERP
Analyze and document current business processes and system usage
Identify gaps, inefficiencies, and opportunities for automation and optimization
Stay current on Plex product releases, features, and manufacturing best practices
Support & Operations
Oversee ERP system performance and stability
Provide advanced user support and issue resolution
Manage incidents, root cause analysis, and corrective actions
Support ongoing system enhancements and scalability
