JOB DESCRIPTION
- Discuss workload with the team upon arrival
- Troubleshoot and manage workload deviations
- Change, assess, and repair compressors; respond to alarms
- Oversee construction workers to ensure critical gear is not harmed
- Manage water-cooled condensers and plumbing tasks related to HVAC sensors
REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- 1-2 years of experience in an HVAC-related position
- HVAC certification or Electrical certification from a trade school
- Experience in commercial or residential settings
- Experience with compressors
NICE TO HAVE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- Experience with software systems for tracking work orders (e.g., Oracle products)
