Your role as a Service AdvisorAs a Full-Time Service Advisor at Fox Audi Porsche, you can expect an engaging and fast-paced workday. Your primary responsibility will be to greet customers, assess their service needs, and provide detailed explanations of the recommended repairs and maintenance. You'll use your exceptional communication skills to build rapport and ensure customer satisfaction, addressing any concerns promptly.
Daily tasks include scheduling appointments, coordinating with the service team, and following up with clients regarding their vehicle's status. You will work Monday through Saturday, with a designated day off during the week to recharge. On a typical day, you'll navigate a busy environment, multitasking between customer interactions, paperwork, and ensuring service operations run smoothly.
