Operator 2 Details:

• Temp-to-Hire position
• $17.00 / hour
• Full Time work available
• First Shift ( Monday through Friday from 05:30am to 04:00pm )

• Set up, load, and operate foam processing and die-cutting equipment
• Inspect in-process and finished products for quality, accuracy, and compliance
• Accurately complete production documentation and records
• Follow clean room procedures and maintain required environmental standards
• Perform basic measurements and verify product specifications
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors
• Adhere to all safety and quality policies

Operator 2 Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
• Basic math, measurement, and matching skills required
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Team-oriented with a positive attitude
• Willingness to learn and grow
• Prior manufacturing or machine operation experience (preferred)

• Applicant may be subject to a background check
• Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment
