Our client, located in Ferrysburg MI, is seeking a Grinder to join their team. As a Grinder, you will be part of the production support team, assisting production workers by performing duties of lesser skill. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization. This candidate must have centerless experience.

Job Title: Grinder

Location: Ferrysburg, MI

Pay Range: $18-$20 depending on experience

Shift: 1st

What's the Job?

• Assist production workers by supplying or holding materials and tools.
• Perform cleaning of work areas and equipment to maintain a safe and efficient workspace.
• Support the manufacturing process by ensuring tools and materials are readily available.
• Help maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Follow safety protocols and procedures at all times.
• Must have experience in Centerless Grinding

What's Needed?

• Ability to perform physical tasks and stand for extended periods.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Willingness to learn and follow instructions.
• Reliable and punctual work ethic.
• Basic understanding of manufacturing or production environments is a plus.
