Salary Range: $53,000 - $80,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for production, technical, and administrative roles.
• Handle employee relations issues, grievances, and disciplinary actions.
• Ensure compliance with HR policies, labor laws, and manufacturing safety regulations.
• Support performance management processes, including reviews and corrective actions.
• Coordinate and deliver training programs relevant to manufacturing operations.
• Administer compensation, benefits, and leave management for site employees.
• Partner with operations on safety initiatives and manage workers' compensation claims.

Recommended Qualifications

• Direct experience as an HR Generalist in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
• In-depth knowledge of federal and state labor laws, OSHA regulations, and HR best practices.
• Proven ability in employee relations, conflict resolution, and performance management for a diverse workforce.
• Experience with full-cycle recruitment for production, skilled trades, and operational roles.
• Proficiency with HRIS systems and data analysis, including metrics relevant to manufacturing (e.g., safety, attendance, turnover).

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience supporting a unionized workforce.
• Bilingual proficiency (e.g., Spanish) to support a diverse workforce.
• Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma methodologies.
• OSHA 10 or 30-hour certification.
