Talent Acquisition Specialist
- Manage full-cycle recruiting for manufacturing (hourly) and corporate roles, from requisition intake through offer acceptance
- Partner with hiring managers as a strategic advisor, providing guidance on sourcing, interviewing, and hiring decisions
- Develop targeted sourcing strategies using direct outreach, LinkedIn, referrals, internal candidates, and niche platforms
- Conduct structured candidate screening and interviews to assess qualifications, fit, and alignment with Methode values
- Ensure a high-quality candidate experience through clear communication and timely follow-up
- Prepare and recommend competitive offers in collaboration with HR Business Partners and business leaders
- Identify and proactively address risks to offer acceptance and hiring timelines
- Create and promote compelling job postings to support employer branding efforts
- Maintain accurate documentation and compliance within the Applicant Tracking System
- Contribute to continuous improvement of recruiting processes, tools, and best practices
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, including both manufacturing and corporate roles
- Strong interviewing, assessment, and stakeholder management skills
- Experience partnering with leaders at multiple organizational level

Base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Hourly employees will also be paid overtime pay when working qualifying overtime hours.
