Salary Range: $74,000 - $113,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and facilitate Lean initiatives, including Kaizen events, 5S, Standard Work, and Value Stream Mapping.
• Identify and eliminate waste (Muda) in manufacturing processes to improve efficiency, quality, and reduce costs.
• Design and implement optimized production layouts, workflows, and material handling systems.
• Develop, track, and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of Lean improvements.
• Provide training and mentorship to manufacturing teams on Lean principles and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify root causes of production issues and implement sustainable solutions.
• Drive a culture of continuous improvement throughout the manufacturing operations.

Recommended Qualifications

• Deep understanding and practical application of Lean manufacturing principles (e.g., VSM, 5S, Kaizen, JIT, Poka-Yoke).
• Proven experience in leading and implementing process improvement initiatives within a manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency in data analysis, root cause analysis, and problem-solving methodologies (e.g., A3, 8D, DMAIC).
• Bachelor's degree in Industrial, Manufacturing, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical field.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to drive cross-functional projects to completion.
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification or higher.

Bonus Qualifications

• Six Sigma Black Belt certification
• Proficiency with simulation software (e.g., Arena, FlexSim)
• Experience applying change management methodologies (e.g., ADKAR, Prosci)
• Familiarity with advanced data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
