Position Overview
We are looking for a talented and motivated Loan Officer Assistant to join our growing team. This role offers an opportunity to contribute to a client-focused mortgage organization committed to excellence, integrity, and exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative and operational support to Loan Officers throughout the loan lifecycle.
- Collect, organize, and maintain borrower documentation.
- Communicate with clients via phone, email, and text regarding loan status and outstanding items.
- Track and follow up on conditions required for processing and underwriting.
- Assist with file preparation, data entry, and pipeline management.
- Ensure accurate and complete records while maintaining confidentiality.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and support.
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a Loan Officer Assistant or in a mortgage support role required.
- Strong understanding of the residential mortgage process.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with mortgage and office software systems.
