🌟 Lead by Example : Provide on-the-ground support to crews when needed, and help them overcome challenges.

What You Bring to the Table:
✅ Leadership Experience : 5+ years managing a team of 25+ people.
✅ Training Expertise : Proven success in training and developing employees for success.
✅ Industry Know-How : 5+ years in Lawn Care and Landscaping – you know the ropes!
✅ License & Certifications : Valid Driver’s License in Michigan and ability to pass DOT, Chaffers, and drug tests.
✅ Hands-On Experience : You’ve been behind the wheel of equipment, trailers, and tools for over 5 years.
✅ Tech-Savvy : Proficient in using computer databases to keep everything organized.
✅ Communication Skills : You excel at clear, concise communication and know how to motivate your team.
✅ Problem Solver : Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities, especially under pressure.
