We are looking for a motivated Sales Account Manager to join our team in Holland, Michigan. In this role, you will drive sales strategies, engage with clients, and ensure outstanding customer satisfaction. This position is ideal for someone with a passion for building relationships and achieving measurable results.
Responsibilities:• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Execute both inbound and outbound sales strategies to meet revenue targets.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and satisfaction.
• Monitor market trends to identify opportunities for growth and innovation.
• Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to prospective customers.
• Manage client accounts, ensuring timely follow-ups and resolution of customer inquiries.
• Track and analyze sales performance metrics to optimize strategies.
• Actively participate in sales meetings, providing insights and recommendations.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and updates in the CRM system.• Minimum of 1 year of experience in sales or account management.
• Proficiency in inside sales and direct sales techniques.
• Strong ability to handle inbound and outbound sales activities effectively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build lasting client relationships.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Familiarity with CRM tools and software.
• Ability to analyze data and adapt strategies based on insights.
