Based in Harrison, MI | Hiring: Full-time Affordable Housing Site Manager

Pay: $18.00 - $24.00 per hour

Schedule: 9:00 am to 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday (with occasional after-hours work for emergencies)

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

Our Affordable Housing Site Manager plays a key part in the resident experience by assisting tenants with what they need and helping ensure they meet their requirements for maintaining affordable housing. Always polite and professional, you'll guide applicants through the rental process and support them in applying for housing. Every year, you'll help recertify residents so they can continue to receive their subsidy. You'll also oversee general maintenance activities to make sure that work orders are promptly addressed and the units are properly maintained.
