Salary Range: $103,000 - $150,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily production operations to meet output targets, quality standards, and delivery schedules.
• Develop and implement operational strategies to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and optimize resource utilization.
• Lead, mentor, and manage the manufacturing team, fostering a culture of safety, continuous improvement, and accountability.
• Monitor and analyze production performance metrics, identifying areas for process optimization and waste reduction.
• Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols, quality control standards, and regulatory compliance.
• Manage inventory levels of raw materials and finished goods to minimize stockouts and excess inventory.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., engineering, supply chain, quality) to streamline processes and resolve operational issues.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5+ years of progressive experience in manufacturing operations management.
• Proven expertise in Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies.
• Strong leadership, team building, and performance management skills.
• Demonstrated ability to manage budgets, optimize production, and ensure quality and safety standards.

Bonus Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification.
• Proficiency with enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems like SAP or Oracle.
• Experience with automation technologies and smart manufacturing principles (Industry 4.0).
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
