Sales Execution: Implement strategies to achieve sales goals while maintaining the company's reputation for superior service.
Policy Management: Assist clients in selecting and managing their policies, ensuring they receive optimal coverage.
Information Communication: Clearly articulate the features and benefits of various insurance products to clients.
Customer Retention: Build and maintain strong long-term relationships with clients, ensuring high satisfaction and loyalty.
Compliance: Ensure all sales activities are in accordance with state regulations and company policies. Requirements
Experience: Previous experience in insurance sales is highly preferred.
Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential.
Customer-Focused: A passion for helping clients and meeting their needs.
Driven: High level of motivation and the ability to work independently.
